<p><strong><span style="color: #2e74b5;">The Role<br /></span></strong><span style="color: #000000;">We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join Presidio’s Services Finance organization. This role will be instrumental in turning financial and operational data into business insight — supporting executives, finance leaders, and business units with analytics that drive profitability, efficiency, and growth. You’ll own the design and evolution of our financial dashboards, performance metrics, and automated reporting infrastructure. This is a high-visibility position that sits at the intersection of Finance, Strategy, and Data, helping leadership understand key performance drivers across Presidio’s technology and services portfolio.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards that deliver insights on revenue, margins, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Partner with FP&A, Accounting, and Operations to define and standardize key financial KPIs across the enterprise.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Leverage data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) to make complex financial data clear and actionable for non-technical stakeholders.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Automate recurring financial reports and streamline manual processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Ensure data governance and integrity across finance systems, collaborating with IT on warehouse structures and pipelines (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, BigQuery).</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Support strategic initiatives such as digital transformation.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Advise on data strategy within Finance, including how to integrate predictive analytics and AI for forecasting.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or related field.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Financial Analytics, or FP&A analytics — ideally in a technology, SaaS, or consulting environment.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Strong expertise with Power BI (or Tableau/Looker) and advanced SQL for querying and modeling data.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Deep understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and key profitability metrics.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Proven ability to synthesize large, complex data sets into concise insights for executive audiences.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and technical teams.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience working in or supporting a tech services or digital transformation business model.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Familiarity with cloud-based data environments such as Azure, Snowflake, or Redshift.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Working knowledge of DAX, Python, or Excel Power Query.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience with OneStream or a similar finance platform</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #000000;">Experience building finance data models supporting forecasting, cost management, and margin optimization.</span></li>
